I was a touring musician for a decade, and I made $0 because I had no business sense.
In 2017 I put music on hold and started studying business.
Since then, I've helped grow a company from $600k to $1.5MM, I helped sell a company for $3MM+, I currently run 2 companies, and I'm the operations manager for Capitalism.com.
I say all of this to show that I've dedicated the last 7 years to learning business.
